WHEREAS the dignity and heritage of the Kaharagian Royal Family necessitate the formal establishment of a distinct Coat of Arms representing the Sovereign and the Royal House;

HAVING REGARD TO the cultural, historical, and heraldic traditions that enrich the identity of Kaharagia;

CONSIDERING the need for clear regulation and solemnity in the use of symbols associated with the Royal Family;

Now, THEREFORE, in Our Sovereign capacity, by the authority vested in Us, do hereby decree as follows:

Article I: Establishment of the Coat of Arms

1. The Coat of Arms of the Royal Family of the Principality of Kaharagia is hereby established and shall be blazoned as follows: Gules, a gryphon passant Or, armed, beaked, and crowned of the same, holding in its dexter claw a szimitár Argent, hilted Or, between eleven mullets of six points Or.

2. This coat of arms is described in plain terms as follows: On a red background, a gold gryphon is depicted in a walking pose with one front paw raised. The gryphon’s claws, beak, and crown are also gold. It holds a silver szimitár with a gold hilt in its right claw. Surrounding the gryphon are eleven gold six-pointed stars evenly distributed in the spaces around it.

3. The undifferenced arms shall be borne exclusively by the Prince of Kaharagia as the Head of the Royal Family and armiger of the Royal Family’s Coat of Arms.

4. An emblazonment of the coat of arms, created in accordance with this blazon, is provided in Annex I to this decree. This emblazonment serves as a visual representation, it does not preclude other artistic interpretations consistent with the described blazon.

Article II: Regulation of Use

1. The regulation and oversight of the use and variations of the Royal Coat of Arms shall be exclusively carried out by the Sovereign as Head of the Royal House, in consultation with the Chief Herald of Kaharagia.

2. Differences, augmentations, or specific uses of the arms for members of the Royal Family, official documents, or ceremonial occasions shall be determined solely by the Sovereign in accordance with Kaharagian heraldic tradition.

3. The Coat of Arms of the Principality of Kaharagia is not impacted by this decree and remains separate and distinct from the Coat of Arms of the Royal Family.

Article III: Implementation and Authority

1. This decree shall take effect immediately upon its promulgation. All heraldic and governmental authorities, court officials, and subjects of the realm shall adhere to and respect this decree.

2. The execution of this decree shall be overseen by the Chief Herald of Kaharagia under the Sovereign’s authority.
