It is hereby ordered that, in observance of the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis, all Kaharagian flags shall be flown at half-mast from sunrise on Tuesday, 22nd April 2025, until sunset on Saturday, 26th April 2025.

Flags displayed on a flagpole shall be lowered to the half-mast position; If affixed to an indoor pole or mounted horizontally from a building, a black mourning streamer shall be placed above the flag. In the case of horizontally displayed flags where a streamer cannot be affixed, a black ribbon may be tied to the flag as a mark of respect.

This order is to be implemented with immediate effect.
