It is hereby ordered that the Principality of Kaharagia shall observe a period of mourning following the passing of His Royal Highness The Prince’s beloved grandfather. This period of mourning shall commence today, Monday, 17th February 2025, and continue for one month until Monday, 17th March 2025.

During this time of mourning, all Kaharagian flags shall be flown at half-mast when displayed on a flagpole. If affixed to an indoor pole or mounted horizontally from a building, a black mourning streamer shall be placed above the flag. Additionally, other mourning observances that show due respect to the Kaharagian flag may be observed, such as the tying of a black ribbon around a horizontally hung flag to prevent it from unfurling.

This order is to be implemented with immediate effect.
