Transition Policy:
The Principality will complete its full independence from U.S.-based digital infrastructure by Quarter 1 of 2026.
All national digital operations will then rely exclusively on open-source, self-managed software hosted on European soil.
3. Location of Administrative Offices
The Principality of Kaharagia maintains offices and administrative presence in the United States. However, all state digital infrastructure and official data systems are governed solely by Kaharagian law, regardless of physical operator location.
Access to these systems is strictly limited to a small number of authorised individuals. All such persons:

Are trained in ethical data access, confidentiality, and security policy

Operate under binding data protection commitments and non-disclosure agreements

Are accountable to the Crown and the Kaharagian State for any misuse or mismanagement of data
